Do you have any warranty on your products?

Yes we do. We provide 6 months of limited warraty on our glassware. A sunvalley LLC representative will help determine whether your product requires service or replacement, and if it does, will inform you how the service or replacement will be provided. you can request a warranty service here.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through Paypal. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be a safer way to make payment online. PayPal doesn’t expose your financial information to merchants so your Identity Theft Risk is very low. Additional Paypal has 100% protection against unauthorized payments. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to make connection with Paypal to ensure that the information is safe from anyone trying to intercept it.

What is your shipping cost and policy ?

Orders with Standard Domestic shipping selected will usually be shipped in 3 business day after order is completed. Ground delivery to most US locations within 1-7 business days. Any order in excess of $50.00 and shipped anywhere within the low 48 continental states is eligible for FREE Standard Domestic Shipping. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to higher shipping cost.

If you need your order sooner, we offer the Standard Expedited Shipping services. These rates are calculated automatically based on amount of your purchase. Expedited delivers to most US locations within 2-3 business days

These shipping options DO NOT INCLUDE weekend delivery.

We will ship to Canada for the selected items with standard shipping rates of $8.99 per order. You can find out if the item is available in Canada in the listing.

How do I return an order?

We want you to be happy with all the items you ordered and will gladly accept any item in UN-USED condition that was purchased within 30 days. We will also cover the cost of return shipping cost for any item that are shipped incorrectly or defective. We will not cover the cost of return shipping for items that are simply unwanted. How to claim Sun's Tea rebate?

We will honor every and each valid rebate and tries to make the rebate easy, quick and fast. There is no messay paper work, no UPC bar code needed for Sun's Tea rebate. You just need to follow the instruction in the rebate detail to fill out a Sun's Tea rebate reuqust online, we will do the rest for you. We want you happy with our product, and happiely share your postive experiences with others. Rebate is usually fullfilled in 45 days after the purchase date, you can contact us at service@sunstea.com if you do not recieve your rebate after 45 days of your submission.
